Central Vermont Reiki is dedicated to cultivating the practice of Reiki in Central Vermont. 

Reiki is a Japanese healing art that helps bring our body's energy into balance. It supports physical, mental and spiritual health.

​In our fast-paced complex world, Reiki helps us access the quiet sanctuary that is always there, deep within ourselves. 

Sylvia Gaboriault and Nancy Mosher, both Reiki Master Teachers, love sharing Reiki as a tool to stay balanced and firmly grounded in the challenging environment of our fast-paced world.
